Capturing ghosts on camera is no mean feat…

Autumn is a great season… up to a point.
We’re in the midst of the changing of the seasons right now – the leaves are decorating every street with a tinge of yellow, burnt orange and golden brown, and there’s plenty of conkers to collect.
And as it gets a bit darker, it’s time to crank up the contrast and capture some of those glorious autumnal hues in any outside shoots, within reason, of course.

Either that or an attempt to capture the supernatural in action, but I’ve got no plans for that just now.
As technology improves, the barrier to entry to creating great video is lower than ever.
Years ago, camcorders were great and served a specific purpose… but outside of home video, they didn’t really cut the mustard.
These days, though, I’m lucky enough to have cameras and technology that big budget movie studios didn’t even have 30 years ago.
I’m excited to get more filming done over the coming weeks and there’s some great projects lined up, with a couple making the most of the scenery outside.
I’ll let you know if I spot any ghouls, goblins or supernatural entities along the way.
Video content is more popular than ever and the opportunity to grab attention with great video has never been riper.
So, time to get creating?
Speak soon,
Ben (The Video Guy)
