The world’s greatest sandwich…

I’m happy to admit that I’m a creature of habit.

Most of us are in whatever guise that takes – whether it’s getting up at a specific time, eating dinner at the same time every day or like me, having the same thing for lunch.

I’ve had a ham and cheese sandwich for lunch pretty much every day for the last 5 years.

Well, apart from the time I’d run out of ham and had to make do with a cheese sandwich… never again.

I know what I’m getting from a ham and cheese sandwich, and I know that by the time lunchtime rolls around, I’m happy to grab it and tuck in.

That level of consistency means I’ve perfected my sandwich-making skills (well, specifically ham and cheese, anyway).

Now, if you apply that same level of consistency to creating content, you’ll be in a fantastic place.

They say that it takes about 66 days to form a habit by doing something daily… which means that if you start creating content today, it’d be a habit before Christmas.

Of course, going from 0 to 100mph with content creation isn’t realistic, but add in a weekly piece of content that goes out to potential customers and showcases what you do and you’ll be in a great position soon enough.

The reality is that when it comes to content and marketing, consistency is the single most important aspect.

So, time to start making it a habit?

Speak soon,

Ben (The Video Guy)
